Symptoms

I have been wondering.  I am approximately 6-7 weeks pregnant.  I go to the OB on Sept 8.  I am a nervous wreck.  I know I am pregnant because I did the home test and had the blood work.  I have the missed period.  What makes me nervous is I have very little to no pregnancy symptoms.  I want to eat more.  Occasionally the boobs ache/hurt.  I have had the lower back ache.   No sickness, no spotting.  I am not complaining!  I have taken the stance that I am not going to complain because I want this pregnancy and baby and I don't want to complain for fear of something happening.  I am trying to enjoy what signs I do have.  My question is has anyone else been in the same situation as me.  Has everything gone smoothly?  Like I said I am just a nervous scared wreck.

Congrats! My Aunt always said (with her 3 pregnancies) that she never felt better! She didn't have any of the symptoms other then cravings / being more hungry.

Hope that you have a smooth and easy 9 months!

That makes me feel better.  I am more tired all the time.  I get home from work and take a nap almost every day.  I have a feeling this board is going to help me.  Hurry 9/8.  I can't wait to see my precious bean.

I was just like you in the beginning...my morning (all day) sickness kicked in around 8 weeks...and then it was pretty much terrible!! Enjoy your non-sickies!!

This may sound funny...but I am heading toward 30 weeks pregnant.  And I have more physical symptoms then I did with my daughter (I have horrible vien issues, gaining more weight, but also started out higher)...but there are some days that I feel so good- I almost forget I am pregnant- then she'll give me a kick to remember.  In early pregnancy I never feel pregnant- my boobs ache sometimes / they get bigger (whoot!)...but that progesterone supplement I do- reminds me every night.  Enjoy your pregnancy bliss- and its completely normal to ******vous nelly.  Keep us posted.

Congrats! With my pregnancy, I never had morning sickness. Toward the middle of the pregnancy I had to always make sure I ate on time, or I would start to feel a little sick, but things were pretty much as you described. My Mom also told me that with all her pregnancies she never once had morning sickness, so I figure it may be genetic. So, don't worry and be glad!! It really made things a lot easier than I always imagined.

I was the same exact way with this twin pregnancy.  I was worried that it wasn't going to stick because the boobs didn't hurt, I didn't have a.m. sickness - nothing.  Then, 8 week**** and all of a sudden I was nauseas, tired, achy, my back felt like it was broken, and my boobs wanted to pop.  LOL...don't worry, you'll get yours!  :-)  Is this your first pregnancy?  My first one gave me symptoms from the time of conception...but my family is like that.

Good luck!

This is my first pregnancy.  I started concerned because I know my mom was sick the entire time she was pregnant with me.
Last night I had a little bit of a scare.  We had to take our dog to the vet.  While there I had to, you guessed it, pee.  When I went I thought I saw a light spot of blood.  I started to flip out.  I tried to stay calm.  I went out and told my husband and told him in the midst of trying to convince myself that it was normal to spot.  When the vet saw our dog, she said she thinks she has cancer.  That did it for me.   When she walked out, I just lost it.  My husband was able to tell I was going to cry.  Bless his heart, he was trying to comfort me.  We went home and the emotions were still flying.  I was trying to cook supper and started to cry again.  My husband tried to come to the rescue and comfort me again.  He did do better.  Later in the evening I was calming down.  I think ever since I conceived, I have had a constant case of the burps.  Last night was no different.  My husband decided I was definately still pregnant.
I think I will feel better once I see my bean and hear the heartbeat.  It is going to be a long week and half.
